In the B.Sc period, I worked on the simulation of aluminum foams and analytical investigation of the mechanical properties of these advanced materials. My previous studies also include magnetic nanoparticles, biomaterials, bioleaching, hydrometallurgy, and pyrometallurgy. At the moment, the focus of my research is on the synthesis and investigation of magnetic nanoparticles interaction on amyloid fibrils of the lysozyme and stability of this enzyme.

I am currently a Master's student in chemical engineering at the University of Tehran. I have started working on protein aggregation and drug discovery methods according to my interest in Nano-biotechnology. My current project includes investigating the interactions between small molecules and proteins to find potent inhibitors in the amyloid formation process as my thesis. I am working in Protein Biotechnology Research Laboratory as a research assistant, and I try to take advantage of experimental techniques and molecular level simulation.

I have a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Aquaculture from Isfahan University of Technology and Tehran University, respectively. My Master's thesis title was "Sex determination of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) using omyFA& OmyFATU molecular markers". Now, I am studying Aquaculture at Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources as a Ph.D. candidate. Currently, I am investigating the Identification and purification of antibacterial peptides of epidermal mucus of Neogobius fluviatilis pallasi and their role on cell proliferation and wound healing.

I completed my Honors B.S. in Cell and Molecular Biology at Parand Islamic Azad University and my M.Sc. in the same field at Shiraz University. I have worked on PCR-based detection of BV in women and, detection and isolation of extremophilic bacteria and the characterization of their secreted organic solvent-tolerant lipases.

I'm currently completing a Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology at the University of Tehran. My research focuses in Ph.D. is preparing a cell-based platform as an Alzheimer's disease (AD)-like model and treat these cells with medicinal herbal extracts with a specific interest in the pharmacological effects of these extracts on the cellular response to AD pathology. I'm also investigating the neural pathways that contribute to AD in AD-like cells.

Outside of the lab, I can be found in nature, daydreaming about past travels, or planning my next step. I'm also interested in psychology, art, reading, and writing.
